• Profile Information: Your basic profile info (email address, name) to create and manage your ReportFlow account.
• Google Analytics Data: Read-only access to your GA4 properties to retrieve traffic metrics (sessions, users, channels).
• Google Search Console Data: Read-only access to search performance data (clicks, impressions, keywords).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the requested Google API data strictly to generate PDF reports as initiated by you. The data is temporarily fetched, formatted into a report, and provided to you for download. We do not use this data for training models, targeted advertising, or any other unrelated purposes.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personally identifiable information or Google Analytics/Search Console data to outside parties. Your generated PDF reports are private to your account.

4. Data Retention and Security

We implement security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Authentication tokens are securely stored and encrypted. You can revoke our access to your Google data at any time via your Google Account's Security settings.
